Delete Your Account

You can delete your Noctea account and all associated data at any time.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and profile information
  • All dream journal entries and text
  • All voice recordings uploaded to your account
  • All AI-generated dream artwork and interpretations
  • Your credit balance and purchase history

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your data is removed from active systems within 30 days.

Option 1 — Delete in the app

The fastest way. Your account is deleted immediately.

  1. Open Noctea
  2. Go to Settings (bottom navigation)
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm when prompted

Option 2 — Request by email

If you cannot access the app, email us and we will delete your account within 7 business days.

Include the email address associated with your account in your message.
