Noctea is a dream journaling application that allows users to record their dreams via voice or text, receive AI-generated interpretations, view artistic visualizations, and create AI-generated videos of their dreams.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Credits, Subscriptions, and Payments

Dream interpretations, art generation, and video generation require credits
Credits can be purchased through in-app purchases and are tied to your account

Noctea Pro (auto-renewable subscription)

Noctea Pro is an auto-renewable subscription that provides unlimited AI dream interpretations, images, and insights
Offered as Monthly ($4.99/month) or Yearly ($39.99/year); prices may vary by region, and the price shown in the app at purchase governs
The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple ID or Google Play account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the period end
You can manage or cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
A Lifetime option ($199) is a one-time, non-recurring purchase that grants Pro access permanently

Refunds

All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their policies and your applicable statutory rights

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal purposes
Submit content that is harmful, offensive, or violates others' rights
Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the application
Use automated systems to access the service
Impersonate others or provide false information

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The dream interpretations, artwork, and videos provided by our AI are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They should not be considered as professional psychological, medical, or therapeutic advice. Always consult qualified professionals for mental health concerns.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the dreams you submit. The AI-generated artwork, videos, and interpretations are licensed to you for personal use. The application, including its design, code, and branding, remains our intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

We provide the service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
